Kyle Porter is an NYC-based producer whose experience spans documentary, commercial & narrative productions, as well as live-streaming, VR, and remote shooting. Starting his career as a location sound mixer, he expanded into producing documentaries, including Discovery+ series, Holy Heist; Viceland series, The Devil You Know; and Topic series, Fathers Out of Order. He has also worked on a VR installation for the Illinois Holocaust Museum; a Facebook web series where participants donned mo-cap suits to go on dates in custom-designed game environments; and a fully remote live stream produced entirely from his home office. He thrives on working through the logistical and technical challenges of molding & capturing unconventional stories in ways that hit home for their audiences.
